- Yes, you can. Normal rule in Vietnam, you need office lease agreement in order to establish company. so at first, contract by Parents' company and then change contractor name to newly established Vietnamese company later.
- I don't need private room. Can I sign contract for only 1pax?
- Yes, you can. COCORO offers flexible desk and dedicated desk in co-working space for 1 pax. Depending on contract type, you can also use the centre address for company registration.
- What kind of documents do I need to sign up for an office space? Is document screening necessary?
- You need to submit copy of your business registration & copy of signer's personal identification. After documents screening process, we will officially process to contract.
- What is the minimum lease term?
- If you are using our office address to establish a corporation, branch office, etc., the basic contract term will be one year. If you only use the co-working space and do not need to register business address, the term will be one month or more. Price and Office availability vary time to time .
